Richard Thomas, CEO
Richard, our CEO, has a unique tenacity, drive, and passion that comes from years of training Muay Thai and Jujitsu. With extensive experience in the Aviation, Nuclear, Defence and Infrastructure sectors, Richard has honed his expertise in strategic planning, recovery programmes, operational performance, and process improvement across complex organisations. A global business transformation professional, he excels at engaging and coaching teams to deliver impactful recovery programmes.
What sets Richard apart is his commitment to understanding your business' goals, enabling him to implement transformation programs alongside you that optimises both people and processes. When he is not working, you will find him with his three children (who the company is named after), in the gym/dojo, or prepping for his DBA studies that start in September. Richard also loves to travel, and has a passion for loud and exotic cars.
Efrain Hernandez, Junior Consultant
Efrain brings a fresh perspective and strong analytical skills to the team as a Junior Consultant. With a background in process improvement and design, he supports client projects through research, data analysis, and thoughtful problem-solving.
Efrain is known for his collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn, making him a valuable contributor to every engagement. When Efrain is not working with clients, he's in the dojo like our CEO. He trains and teaches Tang Soo Do which is what led to Richard and Efrain becoming close friends and colleagues with a shared passion for martial arts.
